"Patrick and his team were wonderful to work with for our stone and brick repointing! They came on time as scheduled for both the quote (which was very fair for the work that needed done) and actual work start date. The work they did looks amazing, and they took care to make the new sections of mortar have the same style as the old sections on our beautiful Victorian. "We contacted Cowan's during the busy season, he responded by text only. We explained what we needed. It took about 2 weeks of texting and trying to getting responses to final set a time for him to come out. One of his workers came and did the cleaning. He did not cover anything around the stove, he left hand and foot (soot) prints everywhere he touched and walked. He left my fromt door open the whole time he was here (35* degrees outside) He did a partial job of cleaning up after himself. When I mentioned to him about the marks he left, all he could say was I don't have rags to clean. I spoke to Mr. Cowen about how unhappy I was with the way things were left and he said he would talk his worker and just use soap and water to clean everything. I should not have to clean up after Cowan's job. When I offer to pay him he told me to keep my money and Goodbye."

Before installation of the brick, he had to remove a Corian backsplash. This was his first brick backsplash and we couldn't be happier.
