He was back with us on Wednesday, got the unit replaced and we've been cool and comfortable ever since. He worked hard and quick, was very knowledgeable and educated us on our new unit and all the gadgets that came with, and was friendly with our dog and baby. When the 3.5 tons of storage was delivered to Chapel Hill, NC, and put in my garage and apartment, Sweeps sent two young men to help me move boxes, unpack, redistribute and on three occasions, bring many boxes of books to the local library. The young men also helped move some furniture in the apartment, replaced bulbs in overhead lights and performed some other small chores. The two young men were exceptionally helpful, punctual and pleasant to deal with. Sweeps management was also very concerned that everything went well. The hourly rate charged and total amount that I paid for assistance over several days was, in my opinion, fair to the men, to Sweeps management and to me. They came on different dates and stayed for half-days or full-days and helped me until my garage was cleared out, boxes removed and other items hauled away. I would definitely use Sweeps again for similar tasks. <br />"
