"Project: Repair sump pump discharge pipe Tech - Marcus Prazuch Appointment - Cheyanne Sturgill was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and unlike several other companies, DID NOT try to sell me anything extra when making appointment. Repair - Marcus repaired discharge pipe in typical Michigan weather (34 Degrees and windy). Marcus went to work, going above and beyond to fix issue -- digging and cutting out specific piece of broken pipe, making sure remaining pipe was ok by snaking hose, performed repairs and cleaned up yard. In a rarity these days -- his efforts -- on a day when many others would have taken a short cut or mailed it in, showed he wanted to do the right thing. Very thankful and impressed. These are good people."

"We were very impressed with 4-Ever Water-Tite. When we found water leaking from a basement wall Robert promptly came to give us an estimate. We had three different companies come out and 4-Ever Water-Tite's bid was right in the middle price-wise. We chose them because Robert seemed the most reputable (we did not feel like he was just giving a sales pitch, he was quick to get back to us when we had questions, you could tell he knew what he was doing, and his method of fixing our problem didn't involve any shortcuts like other companies, he does not subcontract out, etc). His crew was professional and communicated with us throughout the process, they pulled all the appropriate permits, they cleaned up after themselves... I really don't think we could have asked for a better crew. They also discovered a leak in a pipe that drains two sinks on our first floor which was due to the old pipe having rotted away. His crew dug up the floor and had their plumber come in, replace the pipe, and bring it up to code all on the same day that the problem was discovered and for what we felt was a very minor added cost!

My husband and I highly recommend 4-Ever Water-Tite and look forward to hopefully working with the in the future to rebuild our sunroom and replace our custom front door (FYI they do more than just basement waterproofing!)

He discovered where the leak was coming from (small rusted nail had pierced pipe) and quickly fixed and repaired the pipe. "Paul was great. He thoroughly examined the necessary repairs even discovering a problem that I was having with a strong odor coming from under a bathroom counter. Apparently the installer of my bathroom counter did not seal the pipes properly causing a slow leak and resulting in mold developing under the cabinet. In addition, Paul explained what needed to be done before hand for all repairs, offered options depending on how much you want to spend on materials, took time to listen about my concerns and answer any questions that I had. I will definitely be calling Paul again for all future plumbing issues."

I had to fire my first contractor who started the job , he had our home in a constant mess for months. I called other contractors but none wanted to take a job the was half done.
