"Edwin and Rosie were absolutely awesome. Edwin did an assessment of what needed to be done and returned as promised. He and Rosie refused to just put a bandaid on the problem instead they made sure to be thorough and remedied the problem permanently. He was fixated on making sure that he found the source of the problem and he took the steps needed to eliminate the problem. We are very impressed and not only did they correct the original problem which was the reason for contacting them but I had another unexpected issue and they did a wonderful job of fixing that problem as well. He also did several handyman jobs for us: sealed windows and doors, weather stripping, carpentry, fixed/sanded/stained our front door, cleaned out the dryer vent, repaired our deck, etc. He did a great job with everything. The painting was flawless. David was very responsive, honest, great to work with, and punctual. He charged a reasonable price for his services and took pride in his work. "The work they did was very good. However, they definitely need to work on communication and keeping the customer informed of what's going on, that part I was not too satisfied with. When they scheduled the work with me after we hired them, they told me what day they'd be coming out and asked if I'd be home. I said yes, I will. I made sure to be home that day, but they never showed up, costing me time off work, and never called me to let me know they weren't coming. At least keep me in the loop. The project rep's response to my complaint was, "You didn't need to be home anyway." Well, would've been nice to be told that upfront. There was also no follow-up when they finished - no phone call or email to ask if we had any questions or concerns, as this was a pretty major project done to our house. To me, that's important professionalism. As a customer, you want to feel valued. All we received was an email with the final invoice."
