"We have used Vaughan for several years for regular maintenance of our heater and air conditioner units.  We usually take advantage of their pre-season service specials which are extremely reasonable.  They are a pleasure to deal with from their technicians (all have been good, but we especially like Dave) to their office staff.  It is easy to schedule an appointment (they give a 4-hour window, but can usually narrow that down on the day of service).  Technicians arrive on time, explain things thoroughly, and keep things clean.  Very competent and very honest company.  Nice clean trucks too.  I highly recommend! <br />"

"Keith came out the same day I called and identified the water leak under our hot water heater. He and his son came out three days later and jackhammered the slab and replaced the broken pipe. They then refilled the hole and laid new cement and replaced the hot water heater. Keith then took the extra trouble to re-route and replace the water supply lines to meet code. Now we have hot water and NO LEAK! Other than a slight change of concrete color you can't tell the repair was ever done.
