"I hired them for fan motor replacement. Nice people, great work. They are good at what they're doing. Fast response. Due to covid, I tried to limit ppl come to our house just for quotation. So I took pictures amd sent to three companies, Sam can quickly identity what model I used, other companies insisted I provide the model number or come to our house for free quote. To be fair, eventually another company also able to do the job, but I already agreed to Sam just 2 mins before he called me. And Sam sent his crew within 2 hours ! Amazing service! Highly recommend."

"The work was good. Howevet the fumes and dust from the removal of the old steel line traveled up to the upper floors of the house. It's better for a family with children, or the elderly, or the sick not be home if you can arrange it. I had no idea it would be so disturbing. But then the provider could have mentioned it."

"I had my 20 year old HVAC replaced entirely by AAA. I am writing this review after a few months to ensure I get full use of both the air conditioner and central heat. Everything is working in great condition. The workmanship and professionalism from quoting to install and servicing is excellent. They only recommended a replacement after they tried their best to initially repair. The work ethic is awesome as they went out of their way to do the job right. It was not an easy install and moving old parts out and bringing new parts in was done professionally. The team worked through the heat, took care of all details appropriately, and completed the entire job in a day with good quality. Hard working team and reliable delivery and high work ethics. Also did several follow ups after the work is done to ensure satistfaction."

"I'm picky and can be pain in the neck to be pleased. I want value service that is functional but doesn't cost arms and legs. I did a lot of research, calling, and got quotes from other vendors and decided to go with Cesar's A&C Quality Air. He installed a brand new AC in our single house home. He also came back to repair our heating unit. For the AC installation, his price was reasonable but the service and quality was top notch. He recommended us the appropriate brand that does the same work unlike 99% other vendors who recommend either the most expensive one or the ones sitting on their inventory warehouse. we had a leak problem and the tech came and looked over our equipment, fixed the problem and left. It cost us nothing and we have had their home heating service contracts for over 20 years.  They have NEVER ONCE not shown up or not helped and in the two furnace emergencies we had--they were here with in 1hr.
