The on-site estimate was what sold me. Ken went through all the details and answered a lot of questions from me. Zachary came out with Austin and performed the installation just like I discussed with Ken. Zachary kept me in the loop throughout the installation to ensure I was in agreement with how it was going. Zachary always had my interest at heart and ensured no corners were cut. The installation is much cleaner, and more correct than the previous tankless company did. Zachary even listened to my concern about the astectics of the exterior exhaust and quickly found an easier and cleaner looking way to address my concern. He also removed an old recirculation pump and replaced a new main house shutoff valve. The entire area was treated respectfully and left cleaner than they found it."

"Everything went well and smooth with their help. I got the proposal with all details at the same day when they came to do the estimate. Our old furnace was built on 1971, and it was in a closet next to the water heater tank. When one other company came to estimate, they wanted to cut a furnace size hole on the wall facing the hallway to fit the machine and we have to find a constructor or handy man to finish, like to build a door or make it look good, but G&S figured out an easy way, which is to turn the machine toward another direction and eventually only cut a vent on the wall. It took two days for all the installation, and they cleaned up when they left and everything looked clean and nice. They also listened to customers. We didn't want the heat pump to be right next to the stairs of our deck, so they chose a spot which was few feet away from the closest spot without any question. We appreciate for that, since the wind blows out from heat pump is kind of strong, and we feel comfortable with where it is at now. One thing I really like is they were on time, and they called around 30 minutes ahead before them showed up. They also take care all the paperwork for the PUD rebate, Costco 10% shop card, and city permits, and all we do is waiting their call to arrange the time."

"They came to assess my furnace, and found it required replacing. I was in the middle of a re-fi on my house so I couldn't finance the furnace at that time. So they got my furnace to work, without any payment from me, as long as I agreed to purchase the furnace from them when the re-fi closed. I did contact them afterward, they installed said new furnace right away with over the top professionalism!! "We requested 3 quotes for this work and SOS Crawlspace was the lowest bid.  The bid was to include removal of rodent infested insulation in the crawl space, to block all potential entry points, install new insulation and build a new crawl space door.  I initially spoke to Daniel who came out the next day to provide a quote.  I subsequently got two additional quotes but SOS was the lowest so we went forward with SOS.  They showed up on time to perform the removal of old insulation.  The infestation was really bad but they cleaned up everything extremely well.  Then they performed the exclusion work to find and block all entry points.  We then waited a few weeks to make sure the rodents were all gone.  They came back and installed the new insulation in a clean and professional manner.  While doing this work they also made sure all the ducting was tightly strung to the joists and not hanging down.  Everything was done promptly, professionally and with excellent quality.  I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.
