"I purchased a new Navien NPE-240A2 Tankless Water Heater and had it installed. I'm loving the new water heater. It replaces an old Noritz tankless that died just before this installation. The on-site estimate was what sold me. Ken went through all the details and answered a lot of questions from me. Zachary came out with Austin and performed the installation just like I discussed with Ken. Zachary kept me in the loop throughout the installation to ensure I was in agreement with how it was going. Zachary always had my interest at heart and ensured no corners were cut. The installation is much cleaner, and more correct than the previous tankless company did. Zachary even listened to my concern about the astectics of the exterior exhaust and quickly found an easier and cleaner looking way to address my concern. He also removed an old recirculation pump and replaced a new main house shutoff valve. The entire area was treated respectfully and left cleaner than they found it."

"Excellent service! We had Bassett replace all the flexible ductwork under our house with metal ductwork. (Rats had eaten through the flexible ducts). David, Isaiah, and Jiwan were very professional, courteous and clean. They arrived when they said they would, kept us updated as to the work and cleaned up when they left. The owner, John, gave us a good, clear estimate ahead of time and explained what they would do. They were extremely well priced. I would say the only negative was getting a call back but keep trying. The day he and his team member arrived they were able to quickly identify and fix our electrical issues. In addition to installing armored conduit and getting dead power outlets up and running again, he replaced our 10+yr old smoke and carbon detectors at a very reasonable price. "The electrician that came to evaluate and determine what was needed for the project was exceptional. Connor provide me with an estimate for an upgrade and installation from my old fluorescent fixtures to more efficient LED lighting. He also checked on the safety of my electrical system. He found an outlet near my washing machine that should have been a GFCI outlet, and a few breakers in my panel that should have been bridged together. Outside of his knowledge and, as I discovered, his skills, what I liked about Scott was that he didnâ t try to up sell me any additional items, he asked what else I might need, like any plumbing service he could provide.
