"My water heater died last week. I went on Home Advisor and received a number of calls. One from George at Stream Water Heaters. We discussed my problem. George requested Photos of the heater and the area around the heater. Within 30mins I received an estimate. The price was totally reasonable for equipment and install. The water heater from a well known company and carried a better than good warranty. I received an install time of 6pm next day. The team remved the old water heater, replaced an obsolete valve, and installed the new water heater. I had numerous questions. All my questions were answered in the most courteous manner. The professionalism, expertise, and timeliness of George's Team were exceptional. Highly recommend this company."

"They came out quickly to give me a estimate for replacing my 10 year old Rinnai heater. They actually told me NOT to get the additional optional recirculating feature that another company was recommending, due to cost and reliability issues. When Washington Water Heater’s bid came in it was about 40% less than the other guy for the same work and same water heater (minus the recirculating feature)- $5200 vs $9100. They didn’t require any money up front (other guy wanted 50%) and were able to schedule the work for only a few days out (other guy said it could be weeks or months). The showed up on time, did excellent work and even charged me slightly LESS than the original bid because they ended up not needing to install a pump for the condenser."

"Cody was prompt with his quote and kept in contact with me constantly. Our project was able to start weeks ahead of schedule and was completed on time and on budget. Multiple crews worked on our home across a week and a half. Each individual was professional and was more than willing to spend time explaining each step of the process. They cleaned up each day leaving the house in almost better shape than when they started. They also worked with us around accommodating our animals. Cody was able to adjust and respond quickly to change requests we had during the project and we could not be happier with the result. Post install Cody has been great taking our calls for questions on the new system and helping us learn usage of the systems. He even walked me through an easy change to the tankless hot water heater spending a good hour on the phone with me. "Rob came out to review our existing system and helped us figure out what kind and brand of heat pump would work best with our system. He was very patient and informative, and answered all our questions without any pressure or up-sells (we had quotes from five providers). We signed the contract and payed our deposit in June 2021, but unfortunately global supply chain issues delayed the parts being received. Day & Nite were communicative of the issue and offered several alternatives, including a refund of the deposit. We opted to wait for the parts. It took four months, but the techs (lead by Jeff B) were fantastic and very accommodating in how we wanted piping and wiring routed. We are very pleased with how it's turned out and loved working with a local (and family owned!) company! Our gas water heater is due for replacement soon, and we'll be coming back to Day & Nite for that!"

"We hired Trident plumbing to install a Flo Water Leak Detection device. We had a hard time finding a plumber who is familiar with the device. Also, many of the plumbers who came out were reluctant to do the work because the area where the main shut off valve is located, is very tight to reroute the pipe and install the Flo device. We received quotes ranging from $500 -$3500 and work statement which involved removing water heater or tearing out a wall from the closet to get to the main shut off valve. Luckily, Davon from Trident Plumbing was familiar and knowledgable with Flo. He was very creative in coming up with a configuration where the main shut off valve, PRV and Flo device can be easily accessible without removing water heater or tearing out a wall. Also, we really appreciated his suggestion to replace the 25 year old PRV and the main shut off valve with a ball valve which is much easier to turn off and on in case of emergency. After Davon completed the work, he performed a thorough check to ensure everything worked properly. He even checked the water heater for us. We will definitely hire Trident Plumbing, Davon, again for any future plumbing work. Thank you, Davon!"
