"My water heater died last week. I went on Home Advisor and received a number of calls. One from George at Stream Water Heaters. We discussed my problem. George requested Photos of the heater and the area around the heater. Within 30mins I received an estimate. The price was totally reasonable for equipment and install. The water heater from a well known company and carried a better than good warranty. I received an install time of 6pm next day. The team remved the old water heater, replaced an obsolete valve, and installed the new water heater. I had numerous questions. All my questions were answered in the most courteous manner. The professionalism, expertise, and timeliness of George's Team were exceptional. Highly recommend this company."

"Austin with Twin Water Heater did an amazing job converting our traditional tank water heater to a tankless system. He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain the entire process and answer all of our questions. The installation was clean and everything turned out great. I especially appreciated how transparent he was about the work that needed to be done and the cost—there were no surprises or pressure to add anything unnecessary. You can tell he really cares about doing the job correctly and making sure his customers are happy with the end result. We’ve been loving the tankless system and having endless hot water! I would absolutely recommend Austin and Twin Water Heater to anyone looking for a water heater installation or tankless conversion."

"I purchased a new Navien NPE-240A2 Tankless Water Heater and had it installed. I'm loving the new water heater. It replaces an old Noritz tankless that died just before this installation. The on-site estimate was what sold me. Ken went through all the details and answered a lot of questions from me. Zachary came out with Austin and performed the installation just like I discussed with Ken. Zachary kept me in the loop throughout the installation to ensure I was in agreement with how it was going. Zachary always had my interest at heart and ensured no corners were cut. The installation is much cleaner, and more correct than the previous tankless company did. Zachary even listened to my concern about the astectics of the exterior exhaust and quickly found an easier and cleaner looking way to address my concern. He also removed an old recirculation pump and replaced a new main house shutoff valve. The entire area was treated respectfully and left cleaner than they found it."

"Excellent experience with Jacob and Blaine from Seatown. They piped a gas line over to the tankless water heater and installed the heater. They removed the old heater and cleaned up the area. The quality of the work was very high. Both Jacob and Blaine were very personable and polite. We have already booked Seatown to upgrade our electrical panel and replace our old knob and tube wiring and sockets. Highly recommend Seatown."

"The quality was great and the plumber was incredibly friendly, easy to work with. My only concern was I was never provided pictures of the tub surround as discussed and not given the option to chose, just got what was picked out for me. This was a pretty big 4-day project, re-pipe of water, sewer lines, new tankless water heater, new tub and 2 new toilets. I do not love that 2 different toilets were installed. Again, I was not consulted about the style of toilets."

"Installation went smoothly once the particular part we needed arrived. We were impressed by the care Devon took to consider our scheduling needs so that patient care wouldn't be interrupted during installation. He also made sure to install a mixing valve that prevents the water from being too hot for our young patients."

"They came out the next day and was able to install a new water heater for me. They even matched the other bid I had received. Very friendly and professional installers."
