"Cllinton, our Tech, was thorough and professional in all aspects of his time with us. he explained everything as he went, so we understood what the problem was and the best way to go about fixing, replacing and/or repairing our Heating and A/C Systems. We are under a Semi-Yearly Maintenance Program with AireServ, and it has saved us a lot of money, time and grief. We have had Clinton in the past, and were so happy to have him again. We trust his judgment completely. He even went so far as to help us install a recent New Thermostat we had just purchased. That was soooo appreciated. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"
