"Do not use this company for electrical work. I had a breaker replaced today around 2:40 pm and by 4:45 pm I walked to the back of my house and smelled a strong smoke order. I found that an outlet was smoking and there was absolutely nothing plugged into it or any other outlet in the room. I called conway immediately. I was told by the first agent that a service person would be back at my house between 6 pm and 9 pm tonight. Immediately after the call I received a text at 5:07 stating that my appointment has been scheduled for Thursday between 10 am and 2 pm. I called conway 4 additional times to request that someone come out tonight for safety reasons. Every time the representatives told me that they were escalating my request. What that means is my emergency was not their issue. Finally at 7pm I called again and was told by an agent that no one would be able to come tonight and they were escalating my request to have someone to come in the morning. Not only did the phone agents lie"

"We had very BAD experience dealing with this company. After pressure test, they broke our water heater and provided wrong diagnosis and ask us to replace gas control valve. MLGW technician indicated to us they have put too much pressure to cause the water heater male function during pressure test. We bought gas control valve and they replaced it but the water heater is still not working. We ask them to take the part off so we can return it but THEY REFUSE TO GO BACK TO TAKE THE PART OFF. The front desk lady was super RUDE and would not give customer any chance to speak. They charged $1200 to get pressure test passed. PLEASE DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS COMPANY."

AZA Repair & Brenovations HVAC Are the Worst Landmark sent AZA Repair for my refrigerator, and they left it worse than before?still not working, scorch marks from a blowtorch, copper lines sticking out, tools and oil left behind, and no receipt. Then Landmark sent Brenovations HVAC for an AC motor replacement, and that turned into exposed wires, bolts hitting fan blades, missing parts, and complete disregard for safety near my kids? play area. Both companies were unprofessional, negligent, and refused accountability. Landmark?s use of these contractors makes me seriously question the value of having a home warranty at all."

"I have found this company to be unethical to the point of potential criminality. My home warranty company, American Home Shield assigned Greenway to replace my hot water heater, to be covered by the AHS warranty. GHS told me that there were five “necessary” modifications that went beyond what my AHS policy covered. GHS said I would have to personally pay the $1,085 for these modifications before they replaced the water heater. Only one of the modifications was necessary according to state regulatory laws. Also, at Home Depot, the total cost of parts for all five modifications is $114.18. The cost of additional labor should've been about $55. Thus, GHS’s profit on a fee of $1085 would’ve been $916. I pointed this out to GHS and pleaded with them to reduce their fee to a reasonable amount, they flatly refused."
