"I?ve done over $2000.00 in business with this company. Overall I thought I was dealing with a small business with integrity that stands by their products, service and materials. I had an Iron filter added to my water softener less than a year ago. This company used plastic tubing that failed and leaked water on my basement floor. The company came to my home and in less than 15 mins fixed the plastic hose they installed less than a year ago. No receipt provided, I requested I was home when the tech made the repairs. That was also ignored. $160.00 later with multiple calls to an owner who ignores phone calls. The owner of this company has no integrity and doesn?t stand by their installation instructions. Real good at taking your money and that?s about it. "
