They could’ve come out the same day, but since it was rainy and not too hot, I chose the first appointment the next morning. I received a text with my technician’s photo and a call about 30 minutes before arrival—great communication! EJ, my technician, was kind, professional, and very respectful of my not-yet-settled, slightly messy home. He was well-spoken, got right to work after a brief friendly chat, and checked both the inside and outside components of the system. Believe it or not, he didn’t find anything wrong. Exactly what you want when you're letting someone into your home. UPDATE: At 6pm i called because the AC was frozen (I thought.) EJ took the call, instead of the regular On Call Tech. He drove 40 minutes (I know this because the have a cool tracker) to come to my house. The AC was fine, again. I asked about a box on the side of the unit. Long story short, the previous homeowners had the power company put a Demand Restrictor on the unit which is limiting electricity to my AC and causing my sleepless nights. That'll be rectified ASAP, by the power company. "No Charge," said EJ."

Tim made sure everything was working to his satisfaction before he left and told us he would check back in a day or so to make sure it was functioning properly. My wife and myself very pleased. I should also state two years ago we had a new HVAC installed by Swift and continually had problems with it. After many service calls with little luck correcting the issue, Swift installed a new unit. Five more stars to Swift for integrity!"
