"When I initially spoke with Murl and told him I needed a replacement walking belt installed on my Treadmill, he said he hadn't never done that type of repair. However, he agreed and said he would get it done. On the day of the appointment I asked Murl could he show up earlier due to a schedule change on my end, and he happily agreed. When he arrived Murl was kind and professional and got the job done with no problem and within a good time considering he had never done this before.
