His outstanding excellence in identifying our problems and resolving the mold issue in a timely and efficient way that truly went beyond what we expected due to the severe damage done by the mold. He saved furniture and previous items I thought were totally destroyed. This was all done virtually as we live in Michigan and come to Naples for the winter.
