"Quality 1 registration deserves a top-notch rating. Yoni and his staff are “can do”, professional, excellent people who follow through on their commitments. A month ago I returned at the end of a long day to my downstairs condo with 3 inches of water due to an inlet pipe breaking in my downstairs bathroom. Water was leaking out of both my back and front doors. After calling a plumber to fix the leak, I lucked out on a google internet search for a water remediation company. Yoni and his team were knocking at my door shortly thereafter in spite of the later evening phone call from me. I am certain the prompt service limited the overall damage. However, my condo was not rated to hold this amount of water for a period of hours and the damage ended up being pretty substantial. Over the next few weeks, Yoni helped me work with my insurance company providing them detailed reports to support their inspection of my premises. Given my initial positive experience, I decided to continue with Quality 1 for the mold remediation and the mold was successfully removed. While I am humbled by the whole experience, Yoni and Quality 1 were flat out an honor to do business with. I wish the company the best. We are so lucky to have professionals like Quality 1 in this market."

"Excellent job with mold mitigation and floor replacement. They were able to work with the insurance company to get recovery payments"

"So I own a restaurant over here in Tampa Bay and I had a little bit of a smoky issue not a big fire, but the smoke caused quite a bit of damage. Their team was absolutely amazing and I wouldn?t recommend anyone else. The best part I would have to say is the customer service because I was pretty frustrated and they were able to communicate pricing, scheduling, and follow ups. 10 thumbs up from the guy"

"Pete and his team exceeded our expectations. His outstanding excellence in identifying our problems and resolving the mold issue in a timely and efficient way that truly went beyond what we expected due to the severe damage done by the mold. He saved furniture and previous items I thought were totally destroyed. This was all done virtually as we live in Michigan and come to Naples for the winter. Once I placed my quote, I heard from him in five minutes and his quote was an extensive analysis of the issue and very affordable for what he had to do as we compared his proposal to others and his was by far the most comprehensive (included 68 photos of the damage). The quote identified a simple process to eliminate the mold. The project was done quickly and the outcome was amazing. He gave us hope and we trusted him immediately! I was anxious entering our place after the clean up and was amazed at the incredible outcome! I would highly recommend this company and Pete!"

"For a worried homeowner suffering from water damage and mold, Mr. and Mrs. Restore took over and handled everything. They are knowledgeable, professional and top-notch on follow up as well as restoration performed. Both Evelyn Bustamante and Courtney constantly visited the site during the job. All of the crew were trustworthy and reliable. I am more than satisfied and recommend them to everyone in need."

"ECPC provided professional, efficient, quick and clean mold removal services! Highly recommend to anyone in need of a prompt and reliable remediation."

"They were very thorough and professional. Got the job done quickly with no inconvenience to me."

"Tri State Flood sent the work to Property Restoration Inc. so this review is about my experience working with Property Restoration Inc. The team from Property Restoration Inc. was great - showed up early, did a thorough job cleaning up a water leak in a finished basement and provided professional advice and follow up. A+ team!"

"I would like to thank him for his wonderful service, honesty, and professionalism."

"I called them at noon on Thursday for a very urgent asbestos test after removing the flooring because my kitchen has been flooded. They managed to come the same day. The lady was super pro. They called to give me the results at 10AM the day after, and I was able to continue the work with no delay. I would have lost at least one week doing this check badly myself with a testing kit. Thank you for your profesionalism!"
