However, "you get what you pay for." Neo was diligent, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Neo responded promptly to all telephone calls and text messages. There was no drama with Neo. Neo was a consummate professional. We would definitely recommend S&S Piping and Heat. When we experienced a runaway faucet and a broken shut-off valve in the spring of 2024, Neo was quick to respond. Our over-engineered faucet required more than the replacement of a simple washer. In a professional manner, Neo repaired the faucet, replaced the valve, and corrected a related water-pressure problem. As usual, Neo offered good, solid communications. Yet again, we would definitely recommend S&S Piping and Heat."

"We have had several Sila visits in recent months - all exceptional. VISIT 1: We had old pipes and valves that limited our dishwasher, so we had that replaced. While there, the Sila agent suggested we replace some of the attached lines and managed to streamline our hookups by removing some of the unneeded valves and connections no longer needed. VISIT 2: We similarly had a great visit and instal from David, who did a very beautiful install on our new water heater. He removed the broken unit, improved the connection design, put in improved valves and labelled each with a tag, then tagged other connections through the basement."

"Ray I wanted to let you know what a great experience I had with the Heater Install on Esther Street in Worcester, MA Your team showed up on time and were very polite and very diligent! They started by protecting the floors and carpets by laying down blankets. Several times they needed to review things with me and each and every time they were polite and very professional! They worked hard and even though I had to open up the wall so they could chase a pipe they continued to work on the retrofitting the gas portion of the project while I cut into the wall. After the was chase was cut into they ran the pipe and all was good. They even finished early having to wait for the plumbing inspector to arrive. I wish I could find contractors of your caliber in all the trades I deal with! Landry Mechanical is always my first choice from now on! Thank you Bob"

"The problem happened to be that the main water valve was cracked. He informed us that the town was reasponsible for the repair. He stayed at the house until the town returned a call and dispatched the public works department. The cracked water main valve also caused a drop in water pressure which left open a heating zone from our boiler. He lossened the valve which fixed the open heating zone. I would definetly use Clay Plumbing again. They were reasponsive, fairly priced, and proffessional"

For me it was simple ask to remove a 30 y/o oil furnace and oil tank, remove the 6 y/o gas fired water and install with something very efficient along with AC. Heritage very fast, efficient and on budget. There installers where on time, courteous, and very experienced. If we had a question Dan our sales exec was always a phone call or email away. This total replacement only took 3-4 days."

"They were extremely responsive and professional. Someone was dispatched to my home within 24 hours. He accurately diagnosed the problem - that the condensate pump had failed and needed to be replaced. He offered to replace it immediately because he had the part on his truck. The price quote ranged from $1350-$2100 depending on length of warranty I preferred. This seemed extremely high because I had the part replaced once before 3-4 years ago by another company for approx $400. I mentioned that to the installer; he indicated that the price was the price and he was sorry he couldn’t lower it. I found the identical pump online for prices ranging from $35-$75! It looked like an easy swap, so instead of paying Rodenhiser, I ordered the part from Amazon, received it the next day. I have zero experience or training and was able to swap it and fix the problem in literally 10 minutes. I understand that service companies need to charge for labor and mark up parts costs, but a repair I could do in 10 mins for under $50 should not have carried a $1350+ price tag! This was very disappointing, and I will not use them again."
