Our over-engineered faucet required more than the replacement of a simple washer. In a professional manner, Neo repaired the faucet, replaced the valve, and corrected a related water-pressure problem. As usual, Neo offered good, solid communications. Yet again, we would definitely recommend S&S Piping and Heat."

He stayed at the house until the town returned a call and dispatched the public works department. The cracked water main valve also caused a drop in water pressure which left open a heating zone from our boiler. He lossened the valve which fixed the open heating zone.
