"Chris is Not the one , do not contact or hire him, he will low ball Your property, according to chris there is nothing you can do to bring your home property value up, You can add Hurricane Impact windows that cost 30,000 dollars , according to chris it will not bring the value up, he says a window is a window, so i should have not spent 30,000 on the hurricane impact windows i should have just left the 30 year old windows in place , cause a window is just a window , i also turned 2500 ft of UNUSABLE property into USABLE propertyaccording to chris it will Not bring your home value up, land is just that land , it doesnt matter if the land is useable or unuseable land . he does a extremely Unprofessional job, i can continue to add more items but i will stop with only 2 items , according to chris will does not effect your homes vaue "

"Approximately 5 years ago Art Construction of NW FL LLc reroofed our house and claimed it was done properly, it was not what they did according to roof inspector is lay down tack and shingles over rotten wood passing it off as redone which is a lie!!!!
