"I had two wall sections with damage that needed to be repaired with new drywall and paint. Vitaly from Apex Design Build did a beautiful job on the walls -- I'm very impressed. I hope not to need that skill again any time soon, but I will certainly contact them the next time I need another wall repaired -- it's virtually impossible to tell there had been damage. He also adjusted a ceiling fan that had been installed by a friend (a mistake -- use a professional!) and it took him only 15 minutes. I have always been very impressed by how Apex Design Build cleans up everything when they are done working -- and they even took it away with them. Excellent work and in a timely manner for me."

"The plans, installation and follow-up went as well as we could hope for. We got exactly what we wanted and are enjoying the added storage space. There was a minor issue with the kick board but when I mentioned it they resolved it to our satisfaction. We have used Innovative before because they really do quality work.

"I am extremely pleased with the work Ron provided. On time, professional, reasonable, and his quality of work is spot on. I just had a small job that needed completed but I have personally seen his craftsmanship on complete remodels and can recommend without hesitation."

Very well done, no problems from start to finish.  The building parts arrived via courier and the provider was there to receive the shipment and verify all the parts were there.  The delivery was complicated by the courier service, which refused to deliver to the back of the house, so the provider shuttled the parts from the street to the destination.

The construction of the shed proceeded  without any difficulty, and Steve the carpenter was delightful to work with, always a pleasure to have around.

My original 4x4 wooden posts that were supporting the swing gate doors were not substantial enough to support the weight of the doors, and so the gate was leaning over and was unusable.

I hired Moore Construction Services to:

• Remove 3 of the 4x4 wooden posts (that were set in concrete).
• Backfill 1 of the post holes with dirt (it would not be used for the new posts).
• Dig the other 2 post holes an additional 10 to 12 inches deeper.
• Set 2 new treated 6x6 wooden posts in concrete into the post holes.
• Re-hang the swing gate doors.

Moore Construction subcontracted the job out to a fence company.  The finished job was acceptable, although there were a couple of hinge installation errors that I fixed myself.  For example, one hinge was installed upside down, was missing a lag bolt, and wasn't making proper contact with the supporting fence board.  Another hinge on the other door was not making proper contact with the supporting fence board.  I felt that without proper support, the hinges would fail with use over time.

To my knowledge, the General Manager from Moore Construction never stopped by for a follow-up inspection of the work.  If he had then surely he would've noticed the hinge installation errors.  I did, however, receive a follow-up phone call where I had the opportunity to complain about the hinges ? but it seemed hardly worth mentioning, even though it bothered me.

We?ve used Moore Construction Services in the past and were extremely pleased with their work ? that is why we used them for this job.  So, perhaps because the work was sub-contracted, this was just a ?one-off? experience where the quality of work didn?t quite measure up to their past performance.

Finally, the one thing that was a constant annoyance was that the General Manager, who came out to give the repair estimate, he could never seem to get my email address correct for correspondence with me.  After not yet having received a quote from him for the work request, I called their office and spoke with Amanda (who was very attentive).  She forwarded to me the GM's original email to me with the quote.  I saw then that he left part of my email address out and that's why I never received the quote.  When I replied back to Amanda to accept the quote and authorize the work to be done, I copied in the General Manager to advise him of his error with my email address and asked him to correct it in his address book.  It just annoyed me because when you intend to use email as the communication platform, then it's imperative to ensure you have your customer's email address correct.

"It was amazing!? It was exactly what I wanted.? They did the whole project super fast and it exceeded my expectations.? Everything came together perfectly. Heath started out by listening to what I wanted and then created a design based on my desires and budget.? He nailed it in the design stage and all he had to do was lead his excellent crews to build it.? The numbers didn't change at the end...no surprises.? I can't recommend them enough!"

"We hired Tuttle Construction Services to remodel our kitchen and replace our backsplash. Nick and his team did a fantastic job. They were able to start our job within a week or so of getting our initial estimate. Tuttle Construction Services provided a scope of work that fit with the quality and craftsmanship we were looking for, and his finished project was everything we were hoping for."

"Quality was excellent.  They paneled the kitchen, put up a backsplash and then painted the paneling."

"Very professional, extremely responsive, and got immediately with me about my estimates. I am in a historic building, so he helped with the historic restoration group's guidelines. Very experienced in this area. he sent me links for everything and extremely thorough."

"We were considering building a new home. Curt & Chris met with us and gave us a quote. They were very professional and their quote was in line with the others we received. However we did not build."
