They replaced the plastic angle stops from the 2009 Kitec replumbing job with durable chrome ones, and they replaced the leaking anti-siphon valve near the pool. Donald is an amazing, ethical plumber who takes a conservative and fiscally responsible approach toward repairs, analyzing the problem and determining the best possible solution without upselling. The West Coast concrete team did an incredible job, especially with the fast backfill and cleanup. They even returned to fix the slab after a Walmart delivery person stepped in the wet concrete. Last of all, but never least, Toni, the receptionist and dispatcher is a true angel, an empathetic and effective listener."
