"I had an issue with my computer where it was opening lots of pop ups, ad bars, and windows with ads for games. I had tried several different programs to try to remove it with no luck. I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. Great service at a great price and I didn't even have to disconnect it and carry it somewhere! Would call again if I have another issue I can't resolve myself."

"It was a little bit confusing for me. I purchased this coupon and this company then charged me another hundred dollars on top of it. It was a little bit difficult for me to look through what I already paid for and what was extra but that wasn't very communicated. That was very confusing as well as not a very good experience. The fellow was friendly. "After a lot of frustration with another company, I turned to High Octane who was recommended by another worker that I trust and employ frequently.
One of the units connected to my AC was not functioning. It was a problem with the condenser. Making matters worse, the company that made the AC was no longer in business and getting parts was problematic to say the least. A prior company just gave up on it.
Damion didn't charge me at all to look at the AC system (something the other company charged me $100 for) and then he set out to find a condenser. It was not an easy thing to find, but he was persistent and he found it.
The estimate given to me by the other company was in excess of $1500. Damian did it for $1200. He was thorough, he was prompt, he was quick, and he was professional. I would have no trouble recommending him to anyone. He is not one of the bigger companies that service AC systems, but I think he may be the best around here.
