About a half hour after they left, I discovered a leak from a small copper pipe and called George. He came right back to fix it which he did, but we realized it was not his work. Someone else had put in that section of copper tubing incorrectly. George was very kind and accommodating and fixed the problem. "I bought the special off of Angie's List after contacting the vendor and ensuring that this special was still good.  I purchased the backsplash for $499 (labor and materials/25 square feet) and found a $10 coupon on Retailmenot.com, so it was $489.  Three days later the owner of  Pacific Tile came to inspect the kitchen, measure, let me see samples, etc.  He was great.  He was a half hour late, but he called to say he would be.  I was told that I fell within the 25 square feet, but some of the end pieces of tile might be a little more, etc., and that I might see an invoice on the day of the installation.  It wouldn't be much, I was assured.  I picked the white subway tile backsplash, which Sal had samples of and showed me when he was out measuring.  It was exactly what I wanted.  The installation was set for a week from that date.  On the day of the installation, the installer, Fabiano, was early, but that was fine.  He set up his wet saw in the garage and started to work.  He had a great "eye" for what he was doing.  He made sure the pieces looked right on the ends, even if it meant going a little higher than expected.  He always checked with us first.  He was at the house from 7:30-2:00.  The extra invoice was $55, which I gladly paid.  Not only was it done quickly, but it was done beautifully.  Sal (the owner) was great when he came out and Fabiano (the installer) was great as well.  Fabiano cleaned up after himself, even in the garage!  On top of all this, there were many snowstorms in between, but my installation was never delayed on account of weather.  It was bitter cold the day Fabiano installed, and the wet saw in the garage could NOT have been a comfortable situation.  Not only would I recommend Pacific Tile, but I would use them in the future as well.  It was a great experience."

"It was GREAT from start to finish.  The head of the company came out to do the estimate, and provided a very clear explanation of how the work would go and what our options might be.  They measured a nd ordered the windows, and scheduled the install for the specific dates we wanted.  When the date came, they did the work in a single day, and were professional and careful throughout the process.  All along, their office communication was clear and they were responsive and helpful.  The windows look wonderful and I think they will make a big difference in energy efficiency.  It was a terrific experience, and I'd highly recommend Vista.
