"Kyle and John from In Town Plumbing were great in their install of my RO filter system. Kyle, the lead on the job, was a good communicator and patiently answered all of my questions. They worked efficiently together and I could tell Kyle knew what he was doing, and they finished the job in no time. I took off one star (would have just taken off 1/2 star but that's not possible on Angi) because they were planning to install the drain line *after* the P-trap, instead of before it, which is just not the best practice. Fortunately I had researched this beforehand and read the RO system's manual (and they were happy to fulfill my request). Otherwise I was super pleased with In Town's work, and with their courtesy (on the phone and in-person), along with their very reasonable pricing. I'd definitely recommend In Town to others! "

"This person who claimed to work with RVV plumbing came to my house with no tools but just his cellphone to use it as flashlight to look for the source if pipe leaking, use my hummer to knock down a wall which was not the source of leak, left the house and told me that he will have to borrow from his friend a camera to look for the leaking. What kind of non sense is this, why did Angi list allowed this in their website. Not reliable, not an expert at all! Destroyed my walls for nothing and run a business with no tools and the van he drove does not even has his business name, so scary!! What happened to Angi?s list, i thought customers can rely on your business postings!"

He was very informative and knowledgeable about the process and the pricing was extremely reasonable than what I have been quoted in the past. The following day I spoke with Kris (also very kind and knowledgeable) and had us scheduled for an appointment the following week. Krisâ s team showed up on time, were very professional and efficient and replaced the entire furnace and central air in 1 day! I will only use Tanous going forward, they are the absolute best!"
