"Five stars, phenomenal customer service, very kind, very responsive! On Christmas eve, 2020 our house sustained major water damage. We called Fire Water Pros on a recommendation. Early on Christmas day, the owner of the company, Chris Dailey, showed up ready to help us. They have been wonderful to work with - from the onset Chris made us feel comfortable and taken care of. His communication was excellent throughout, he really helped us navigate all aspects of the clean up - insurance, mitigation, and rebuild. Throughout the entire process, Chris made sure to explain all the steps involved, and was available whenever a question came up. The customer service provided by Fire Water Pros is the best we’ve ever received, helping us in a very stressful situation. We are now living back in our beautiful home, and are really grateful for the excellent service that Fire Water Pros provided us. We highly recommend their services."

"BEWARE SCAM***BEWARE SCAM***BEWARE SCAM***BEWARE SCAM They gave me an estimate to do the water mitigation for a basement. The estimate was 17,930.47. They said it probably wouldn't be that high, and they will bill the insurance company. They billed my insurance company " USAA " 28,648.07 (10717.60 more than the original estimate). When USAA said they wouldn't pay it, they told them that they had made a mistake in billing, and the new bill was 22,577.54 , which once again USAA said was too much. USAA hired an independent 3rd party to review everything, and they would pay would be 11392.51 and they mailed a check to me for that amount. Servmate told me that this is a game they play with insurance companies. Servmate pointed out some other cost they had and USAA paid an additional 888..15 which they still wouldn't except. They told USAA the least the they would except was 22,577.54. USAA wouldn't pay, and they said they would take 18,000.00. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM "

"I had a poor experience. I hired this company to do a mold assessment in my apartment. I dealt with the owner. First, he requested cash or check payment only. He made an appointment and did not show up or contact me. I had to call him. In one of the rooms, the pipes above and whatever else the cause of the leak was, had been leaking repeatedly for 40 years, and the plaster constantly replaced. I was worried about mold ABOVE the ceiling on the beams and studs and not just the visible mold on the ceiling plaster and I worried it could be black mold. He did not seem to listen to what I told him and he did not use a water meter to check for saturation or a borescope or any other tools except taking a surface sample and air sample (the borescope and water meter I did not know about until after I had paid him for this inadequate job). He did not mention anything I said in the report. He was also rude and unkind and never provided me with a receipt."

"Lesson learned. Always get an estimate. BEFORE the work is done. At least a digital copy. Arrangements for the project were made, with some one named Lynn, for the company to send someone to complete the work. We were quoted over the phone 4500-5000 which included a mold test. A sub contractor with an entirely different company (National Mold Company) was sent. When the contractor arrived, he stated that the job would be much more simpler than first thought. This led us to believe that the job would cost less, no. All said and done, they charged $5500. All said and done, it's almost like no work was done. The stains and the smell are still there. Only one actual board was taken upon the attic room. The ceiling in the bedroom was primed and painted but are still visible and have a funky smell. At this point I'm going to. Do what we should have done; Do the job ourselves. Just now with $5500 less dollars in our pockets. A detailed receipt was not given even though it was requested."

"After Healthy Homes did such a great job on my rental apartment, decided to see if they could help me with the cigarette smell in my car. Was sold a small handheld fog machine and some Un-Odor product. Fogged the entire interior of my vehicle, sprayed the product on all surfaces. After washing the windows with Windex and wiping everything down with a dry towel, the car was free from odor and looked and smelled clean and fresh! Fantastic Products!!!"
