"Johnny was great! He took the time to hear our concerns we were having and came out same day. The price was good and the lowest quote we received! Everyone else wanted to charge $350 and up! His price was $300. His customer service was amazing and we felt very comfortable about hiring him. After the inspection was done we felt a big weight lift off our shoulders! We recommend this guy to everyone! "

"Michael came out to test my home's air quality. The home began feeling damp and heavy this spring so we wanted to be safe. Michael from Aerus came out on time, was entirely professional and walked me through every phase of his testing. We ended up needing some quality control and he was able to get us financed for a medical grade air scrubber and it has made a world of differences.... next spring we will tackle this well water with Michael's help as well. You should test your home's air quality if you or your family experience health problems like allergies or respiratory issues, as these could be linked to indoor contaminants. Also, consider testing if you're concerned about mold, radon, carbon monoxide, or if you've recently had home construction, demolition, excavation, or remodeling that could have released chemicals into your indoor air.

An indoor air quality test typically takes one to three hours to complete. After the inspection, you'll receive a detailed written report within two to 10 days.
