Iron Air offered great deals to get our system replaced this week. Wow! We got the dryer duct cleaned out so now our family can run the dryer with confidence and efficiency. We are excited to get our new AC system installed tomorrow with cleaned air vents that will run cleaner than they have for many years. We are told the fee we paid for the dryer vent cleaning will be deducted from the overall fee to install the new AC system. Joe has been quickly responsive via text, which I greatly appreciate."

"I called back on Monday, Donnie came out that afternoon and the price was great, he was professional and pleasant. The installers came Tuesday. A friend was at the house as I had to work and he kept calling me with things to ask Donnie. Donnie never sounded irritated and always said you are the customer and we want you to be happy. The issue required the technician to come back after he left Tuesday and he was pleasant as well even though it was already late. This technician couldn't identify why the unit was registering the correct numbers (my friend identified this issue, I would never had know, they left and all seemed fine). The technician was coming back Wednesday morning ( I had to take a day off of work) but Donnie first had another technician come to the house that evening. They found the copper pipes or whatever goes under the house was the problem and they needed to install new pipes through the attic. They never showed any disrespect or tone that wasn't professional and made me feel like the customer did come first. It took a lot of time and someone else to keep pushing the issue (my friend did A/Cs in Texas so he knew things luckily). When they say it isn't really the A/C that fails it is the installation, this could have been one of those. Thanks Service Star for great service. Luckily it isn't hot out but I can't really test the system but we will!"

"Well! One minor glitch, tech did not have our size air filter with him. Had to call and have them send one to us with the 6 filters for monthly change of filters! They came out that day and installed new filter, and gave us the remaining 5!"

"I have been using David's Auto for 5 years.  I have taken my car, my mom's car and my sons' cars to him many times for specific service and regular maintenance.  Among other things, he has changed my timing belt, done a tune-up, flushed out the systems, done complete brake jobs and replaced the tires.  On many occasions I have taken the car in and asked him to do trip checks and twice I have taken it to him and told him to do whatever it needed including checking the A/C, transmission and fuel systems.  On each service trip he has had every opportunity to tell me he replaced things and didn't, replaced things that didn't need it, and generally just rip me off and he has never done that.  I have friends that use him and wouldn't take their cars anywhere else.  I can't wait for him to start his used car business so my son can buy a quality used car at an affordable price.  Thanks to David and his team!

"A guy came out and said our system is no good (the airhandler's blower had rusted out). It's a difficult job to do. Two guys came out and installed, it worked great. Then we had a problem: it wasn't cooling properly. A guy came out immediately and he came back and went to the attic and found that the air handler was leaking (a factory problem). He fixed the problem and it has worked excellent ever since."
