I thought I would have to have a new trench dug (back hoe), new pipe installed, trench back filled, seeded and covered with straw - big $$$. "About four years ago, I had my sewer line cleaned by another local company. At that time, the person doing the cleaning bent his augur on â somethingâ and drew back mud. He told me that they would have to rip down my retaining wall and repair my line as â itâ s broken and you need a new sewer lineâ . Being retired and disabled, I was not able to afford it, so I bought a hand augur and did my own line but I could never get past 30 feet in doing the line. Lately there has been more back up and the line was not draining much at all. I called in a national company to clean the line and they also suggested running the camera down it and seeing where the damage---possible collapsed clay pipe?â was. After analyzing reviews online for trenchless sewer repair, as I did not want to rip down an over 100 year old stone retaining wall, I decided to call Gardner Plumbing and have them camera the line. The sewer was full of water to the top of the floor drain, and when Kevin came out he meticulously augured that sewer line for close to four and a half hours until it was clear and even made it to the main sewer line under the street. In doing so, he removed an unbelievable long thick root that was in the line that I can best describe as looking like a root from a Redwood tree! He then ran the camera as far as he could and there was no damage at all to the line: a few cracks, but no damage/breakage whatsoever! Instead of costing thousands of dollars to replace the line, I was charged a reasonable amount for the augur of the line and the camera. I highly praise this work that Kevin did and I thank him and Gardner Plumbing for being honest and not immediately trying to convince me on getting a new sewer line when I didnâ t really need to replace it. I will use this company in the future and will tell my neighbors about the greatâ and honestâ work that Gardner did. Thank you Gardner, you have a new happy customer now! ï"

"Other than install issues, quite well.  David and Krista Brewster are both very professional business owners.  Their product is excellent and in general their installers are quite good, however getting the installers to understand how you want an install done seemed problematic. I wanted ALL lines installed behind new kitchen cabinets as I believed ALL equipment was going to fit in mechanical closet.  Did not learn of half of equipment was going to be installed under the sink and additional lines needed to be laid INSIDE the cabinets drilling holes in cabinet sides and supply lines exposed at the back of the cabinets.  There were several phone call made to the owner and his install manager by me and my finish carpenter to make doubly sure the lines were all in so cabinets could be fitted to their final positions.  Installers came in early to install drain line before the cabinets went in and did a great job.  They were asked then if any additional lines needed to be installed and the answer was always "no".  When asked why they didn't install the filtered water lines at the same time, they said "no one told us to."  As of this writing, awaiting an adjustment from David Brewster for the problem. Will update when all is done.

Daniel first came to provide an estimate.  When I decided on using his service and I took the deal, we met to draw up the contract.  He came out the day prior to the scheduled work to take the screen door for repair.  He then came out with two workers for Part 1 on 20 Dec 2013.  He was training them at the time.  When we found the water line leak and while his two men were working on the shutters, he dug a small trench to divert the water from the house until we could get the water company out.  He used several large bolts to secure the mailbox.  He had the screen door repaired at a local hardware store and was able to pick it up and re-install it on 26 Dec 2013.   He then called on 31 Dec 2013 to make sure everything had gone OK.  We still have to schedule the power washing and staining of the handicap ramp.  We are waiting for warmer weather.  All workers were polite and professional.  Daniel went out of the way to be helpful!

"On 1st unit, techs added a lot of freon and cleared the blocked drain line from the blower. The continuous running on the the second unit has been a recurring problem that had been treated prior as thermostat problem. The problem has always returned after thermostat replacement. The AAA tech is the first to examine the blower thoroughly and discover a bad module as the problem. Hopefully, this will be a lasting fix."

"AMERI-DRY  SENT OUT THEIR INSPECTOR CHAD TO EXPLAIN HOW THE SYSTEM WORKED AND THE PROCESS OF HOW IT WOULD BE INSTALLED. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE SYSTEM AND HOW IT OPERATED. THE DAY BEFORE AMERI-DRY WAS TO SHOW UP THEY CALLED TO LET ME KNOW WHAT TIME THEY WOULD BE THERE TO START THE JOB.  THE PROCESS STARTED BY BARRY AND HIS CREW  REMOVING 12 INCH OF MY FLOOR AROUND THE 3 LEAKING WALLS. THE CREW THAN  DUG DOWN BESIDE THE FOOTER OF MY HOME AND INSTALL THE DRAIN SYSTEM.  THE SYSTEM WAS TIED INTO A SUMP PUMP BASIN. BARRY THAN INSTALLED A SUMP PUMP IN THE BASIN. THEY THAN INSTALL A WALL BOARD AROUND THE THREE WALLS AND RE-CONCRETE THE FLOOR.  THEY HALLED AWAY ALL DEBRIS AND CLEAN UP ALL OF THEIR MESS AND SOME OF THE MESS THAT WAS NOT THEIRS. WHEN THEY WERE ALL DONE BARRY WALKED ME THOUGH AND WENT OVER HOW THE SYSTEM WORKED AGAIN AND THE WARRANTY(WHICH WAS GREAT). I HAVE NOW INSTALLED A DEN AND BATHROOM IN A AREA THAT I THOUGHT WAS GOING TO BE USELESS TILL I MET AMERI-DRY"
