"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. "They were an "A". The price was, I actually called around a couple different companies, so I'd give it an "A". The quality was a "B" because they had actually come out. There was a short one of the thing, the guy actually was just here today to fix it and the system wasn't running for about a month. Because of that, the only reason I noticed it is I have in the log on and see that the system didn't seem to be generating any energy. So, actually I have to call them to talk to them about that part of it. When we did have that problem, they were out here pretty quick. I have the system installed on my house so I would use them.
