"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

I'm a stickler for punctual when it comes to being on time. Mr Terrance was right on point. He shared with us the cause & effect of our air conditioners troubles. He replaced the capacitor and immediately we felt comfort. Mr. Terrance is coming back 8/29/23 to work on the upstairs air conditioner. "My experience started out great, from the first call to the evaluation. I was able to get an appointment within the same week. Even called back to let me know an opening had become available. During the evaluation I felt AAA Basement was being honest with me about what was needed. No Services were needed, but I was a list of things to work on to prevent mold from developing. The list was explained thoroughly and discussed the need for a Dehumidifier. We have since put in the dehumidifier and things are going great.

"I was honestly a little hesitant on the duct cleaning service just cause of the sticker shock, but wow it was worth every penny to get them cleaned. They took before and after pics of our ducts and baffled me how much stuff was actually in there. We could hear a lot of the debris getting sucked out. It already feels a lot cleaner in here smell wise. Both technicians we're professional, courteous, and relatable.
