"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"McCoy was excellent. The job was expensive but exactly what they told me it was going to be. McCoy did not pressure me to go with them and they had no issues with me researching other companies on my own. I also believe McCoy charged me a fair price and delivered excellent service and a name brand product. I am very familiar with this business model. The way McCoy gets their business, they don't have to charge extra overhead expenses to cover franchise fees or expensive tv advertising. I saw many great reviews about 'Eddie.' He will not disappoint you. He does a great job. He also had a partner today because the size/complexity of the job. I forgot to write his name down - but he was equally impressive. McCoy did a great job communicating with me (MJ). She was responding to me on Sunday evening right after the Christmas holiday. McCoy is a great company and they deliver a high quality customer experience. I recommend them and I would use them again."

Went through every possible troubleshooting to find the issue that was causing our A/C to not blow cold air and did a great job at repairing our older A/C, as well as did a few changes to help extend the life of our unit. His customer service is exceptional and I would recommend him to anyone."

"During record heat days, my ac went out. I called Unique Air because I had used them once before in June, 2013. I originally found them on Angie's list. Both service calls were a positive experience. I would urge anyone to call this company. They are nice men, professional and know their business.AC repair is not cheap. But I feel they treated me fairly and gave me a good price.
