I understand that professional services and parts can incur significant costs, it is unreasonable that the part alone could account for the entire charge without any supporting documentation. I respectfully requested a detailed breakdown of the invoice through multiple phone calls and emails; however, the responses I received were dismissive and failed "

They refused to conduct a walkthrough at the end of the job or address concerns about their charges. Additionally, they claimed the job was completed when it was neither finished nor inspected. To make matters worse, they worked without obtaining the required permit, despite it being mandatory in Centennial before starting the work. This company showed a lack of accountability and professionalism throughout the process, and I would not recommend their services to anyone."
