They provided a clear explanation of the installation process, answered questions directly, and completed the work efficiently. I valued their use of text messaging to arrange the work, as it was most efficient and allowed me to share photos of the work area so they could plan the installation in advance. The installation was clean and well-executed, with attention to proper setup and safety considerations. Pricing was transparent and consistent with the scope of work. There were no surprises. "This was the second time we used H L Bowman for our plumbing needs and we have been impressed both times. Their plumbers are prompt, courteous, and friendly, in addition to being great at their craft. For this visit, I had a leak under a kitchen sink and did not realize that I needed to have the entire faucet replaced. The plumber recommended the closest plumbing supply store and waited while I selected the one I wanted. He efficiently did the replacement. Very happy with H L Bowman and would highly recommend them."

"Eric L. from Sila arrived excatly on time at 8AM as promised. He provided me with a number of options, and I decided to have a new hot water tank installed (the old one was showing rusty water). He was able to have the replacement tank installed and working within a couple of hours."

"The people at Landry are amazing! However, their fee of $199 is almost 2.5x the fee of any other company. This wouldnâ t be bad as you can usually apply this fee to work, and thatâ s what their rep let me know during the phone consultation. Unfortunately, when they come out thatâ s when you learn that you can only apply this to specific services. I didnâ t actually need any of these services so I had to select something that I didnâ t really need but allowed me not to completely waste my money. I really wish they had been more forthcoming about this. Itâ s these little things that win or lose customers."
