"Bryan & his son visited our home and we discussed replacing the 2 gable vents on our two story colonial home. Within a weeks time, the estimate was emailed and the work was scheduled. The estimate was for two Azek vents I had ordered from Architectural Depot.com. Bryan's Handyman & Home Improvement Service didn't have any objections to installing the product I purchased. The old vents were cheap plastic & too small for the attic fan I am planning to install later. George & Rubin arrived at our home promptly and didn't mind that I watched, learned & asked questions. They explained the process as they proceeded with the work. I was surprised that they didn't have to go into the attic at all to install the vents. George even accommodated my request to slightly modify the vents I purchased. It was more about the aesthetics and the finished look. George & Rubin did a fantastic job ! They were courteous & cleaned up all the debris afterwards. I'll be calling Bryan's again. A+"

"The screened-in covered porch attached to the back of my house had shown signs of leaking for awhile. This February, however, there were several storms that brought with them high winds and heavy rain. My porch?s small leaks became greater in number and magnitude.    Jim, from W.J.C. Construction Services, came over that same day and assessed the damage to the porch roof. He gave me quotes to either  1. just repair and replace the leaking  shingles, or 2. replace the entire porch roof. He explained the first choice would stop the leaks where they were visible, but that it might not correct the cause of the leaking. Choice #2 was to replace the entire roof.     I considered both options and chose to have him replace the entire roof. I am very glad I did. As he worked taking the old shingles off, he saw that the original roofing on the porch was not up to code. Had I chosen to have him just reshingle the original leaking ares, I would still be left with a roof that would leak again."

"I called Rob when our boiler went out mid-winter. One thing that I liked is that he wasn't tied to one brand and thus could give me a wider number of choices. Rob was thorough in researching differnt options that would work for me, and patient in explaining the pros and cons. He was very responsive through all of my questions on multiple phone calls before and during the installation process. Because I was converting to gas from oil, it was a multiple day job and they showed up on time. It was a more complicated job than expected and they worked until 11pm and were there at 7am on Sat to try to get us heat ASAP. Very fair prices, too."
