"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"MR Storm explained the problem and mention the age of system being 24 years old. He provided 3 options for repair. He did not pressure me into my decision but explained the benefit of each option. I gave him the option best for me and he returned in a timely manner and replaced the system. He was very professional and clean cut and explained the function of the new unit and made sure I was up to date on all safety devices that the unit need for water protection. I would use him again and recommend him to my friends"

"Upstairs AC unit wasn't cooling effectively. Purchased a $39 tune-up special  through Angie's List. Received an email from them 2 days confirming the purchase and asking me to call to make an appointment. My only complant was that they weren't free to come out until after the weekend (4 days later). The technician arrived on time. He was very friendly and thourough. Diagnosed and fixed the problem within 45 min. Was charged an extra $80 for service and freon. He also gave me a reasonable price for a yearly maintenance plan ($205) which I signed up for.
