"When sewage suddenly started backing up into our bathtub, I was overwhelmed and panicking about what we were going to do with three daughters at home. I started searching for a local plumber and kept seeing Burnham’s Plumbing recommended so I called. Max answered and instead of rushing me off the phone, he took a few minutes just to calm me down and reassure me that everything would be okay. Even though he was busy, he found a way to come help us.
