After the initial consultations with one of the companies ( (name I wonâ t disclose)I was almost in tears about how many of their technicians were out of work and that I would help put food on their table...... I reluctantly agreed and signed the contract. After further thoughts I said to myself â he got me and immediately cancelled!! Aaceâ s heating AC & Swamp cooler they were sooo amazing and I was overjoyed with happiness! Integrity, respect, excellence, and team work they exhibited wellð ð ! I'm very picky and hard too please. I had NO option but to give frank and his team the well deserved compliments they rightfully earned!!!! Without a doubt I would recommend them to my family and friends. "As a former licensed building contractor and well respected by the building commission in Colorado Springs, CO, I must say that HD Mechanical Inc. superseded my expectations. Brandon was excellent! They were very considerate and laid a tarp on all the floors to minimize trash or dirt on the floor. Brandon came over very considerate to my needs and "did not" try to up sale me on other services that others do such as installing new venting when it is not really needed. They pulled the permit in Downey, CA and it easily passed. He communicated with me every step of the way. The receive 5 stars from me!"

"I Called to get an in person quote for a tankless water heater flush and left this job with a whole house filter and a fridge connection. When Michael first arrived we inspected the tankless unit and tested the water to conclude flushing was not my best option. He then walked me through my options for home filters and we decided on a Halo system. Michael was very well educated on the subject and gave me the best value filter for my needs. He installed the unit the next day in less than a few hours and left me with a flawless work of art. I couldn't be more impressed with the professionalism he brings to this trade! "The service tech that came to our house, John, was very courteous, very knowledgeable and detected several issues that he explained in detail and it was easy to concur with his assessments. He found a big clog in a very old pipe, which had broken as he was inspecting it. This clog had been giving us problem and was preventing the air from turning on. He ran to home depot, bought a replacement part and installed it, at no additional charge! He also vacuumed the heating unit and installed a new latch to hold the filter in place. He took the time to explain about the need to ensure the filter is secure so dirt and dust does not work its way into the main unit (Which would be very bad!). He examined the outside air conditioner and we scheduled another appointment in 6 months for a nice general check up. The outside unit may have a leak, which we were previously aware of, but he provided us additional details and let us know what our future options may be. We decided in 6 months, when they return for the semi-annual service we signed up for, that we could see how everything is looking. Very happy with the experience with Magnolia!"
