"Matthew was awesome! Very professional, knowledgeable, and customer service oriented. He sent me pictures of the plumbing and explained in layman’s terms what was causing the problem which would require a lot of work and $$, but did not push the issue. I appreciated the information. He decided to snake the system for now but told me to expect a back up in the future. He got the system going again. I asked for a quote for the work he was referencing and he provided it promptly. He was wonderful to work with. This company is my go to plumber!"

"Rooter Pro Plumbing GA really helped us by repairing a leak that was causing us to have huge water bills. Other plumbing companies were afraid to touch it. It was a difficult galvanized pipe repair, and they tackled it intelligently and efficiently. We were very happy with their work, and very appreciative that they were willing to do the repair."

"Great service! Had my sink pipes repaired in August and noticed they were leaking. I didnâ t have a chance to call until November because it was an off and on problem. They came and fixed their mistake and didnâ t charge me. Very impressed."

"I feel very fortunate to have found Dobbs Plumbing to help me out with a pretty bad main water line situation. I researched all the reviews and could not find a bad word said about Duane Dobbs and the work he does. And now I know why. If you need a honest, dependable plumber and call Duane, I promise you will not be disapointed"

"Excellent customer service. Plumber was clean, knowledgeable and patient. Luv luv my plumber."

"The first technician did not show up on the day he was supposed to be there. He did phone and say he had run into problems at the previous job and could not make it. The water heater did need replacing but it was not the problem with the water leak. It was the air conditioner and the pipe was clogged that took the condensation water out of the house. The reservoir was filling up and leaking back into the house. The technician stated I needed and air conditioner person to work on that. I was only told about the air conditioner leak after the water heater was replaced.to the price of $2550. I still had the water leak."

"The arrived when they said and checked everything out.  Found the upstairs thermostat was broke and replaced it.  Cleaned and checked all parts and adjusted gas pressure.

"Excellent diagnosis of a plugged drain and resulting repair of piping to correct."
