Talking with Zach during our initial meeting sealed the deal for us because he presented as a person of integrity and he answered all of our questions with patience and kindness and thoroughly explained the process and details regarding the work that was needed for our home. When the work began, the “lifting team” consisting of Tyler, Brandon and Grant were phenomenal! They had great personalities, were cordial and kind, and worked diligently for two days straight for very long hours with a 100+ GA heat index, while maintaining positive, cheerful dispositions. They explained the process and answered all of our questions concerning the process of the pilings being drilled down and the home being lifted. It appeared that they were taking the same type care that they would have if it was their own home. The interior crew, Shane and Flint, were also extremely polite and very detailed explaining how the foam would fill the gap of open space that was created under the home after the lifting process. They were personable and worked consistently throughout the day, only stopping when we asked questions. Overall, this has been a great experience!!! I feel extremely confident in choosing Alpha Foundations. Our family had interviewed two local companies in Ga and then asked Alpha to come from Florida to give us a quote. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"very positive. crew was prompt and friendly and talented. I almost gave them excellent (which I consider has to be near perfect). In my book it is impossible to have excellent when trim painting at 30 feet in the air! They were as good as the team I used 6 years ago when I paid 40% more! I almost didn't use them because they were so much cheaper (even using the top of line sherwin williams paint) but they were as good as I have had. Eleazor and Caesar were very diligent and didn't mind my "picky" concerns. They fixed everything and cleaned up well after the work. They just did the work with a smile. Very impressed. I am having them back to paint my deck next."

"Victor called to say he would be late for scheduled appt due to part being broken. He thought the place he needed to get replacement part opened at 8 but they didn't open until 9. He showed up about 15 minutes past the new time. He got to work right away and did an awesome job cleaning the tile foyer. The floor looks brand new!!! I must say he was very professional and did everything quickly."

"Two guys performed the work.  They cleaned the chimney flue and inspected the chimney crown and the inside of the fireplace inside the house.  They provided an estimate for repairs to the crown.  We did not have them perform the repairs because we thought the cost was high at that time.

"Richard is excellent! The only problem with Richard is that he is so busy that he still hasn't had time to get on my next project of levelling the floor, installing the heat strips and setting 500 sq ft of 6x36 ceramic tile. He's going to start that next weekend and I'm sure that I will be giving you another review. All joking aside, Richard is very professional. He has very good equipment which says knowledge and success. He priced the job low and still did several extra things that I asked him to do while he was there. He asked for no extra money. Being a business owner myself, I felt that the job was so well done that I increased the total by 30% and still felt that I was underpaying. (Update) First let me say that Richard is an outstanding human being. I would trust him with my wallet. He works very hard to please the Customer. We are doing a complete remodel of our guest house and so far Richard has done the entire bedroom. That includes sheetrock, tile floor, paint and trim. As I stated in the previous review, he did a great job hanging the rock and did it so cheap that I paid him extra. The tile in that bedroom, about 450SqFt., is 6" X 36" on a very unlevel concrete slab. He worked his butt off getting that tile down. It wasn't perfect but I don't think anyone could have done better with that very difficult tile job. So, the sheetrock and tile were very good but then came the painting. The painting was really bad. I think that he got behind his scheduling because of the high difficulty of the tile job and rushed the paint. He chose to spray the walls and there is overspray everywhere. He put down tarps but they mare really for brush and roller work, not sprayers. Paint also shows the flaws in the sheetrock finishing and there were more quite a few. Richard worked diligently trying to fix them. I actually felt sorry for him, paid him and let him get on to his next job. I have another painter coming in to repair the paint job and I am working nights with paint thinner to clean the tile myself. I would still use Richard on some projects now that I know his skill level. I just expected too much from a man that bills himself as a handyman. All that said, if you have any tile job, Richard is as good as any contractor out there. I don't want to cost Richard any work. I own my business and admit that I have high expectations from other self-employed businessmen."
