"Was in dire need of timely, competent, and honest plumbing assistance for a continuous main line water leak. Through sheer luck, I made contact with Mike Daigneau of SIMPLY hvac/plumbing. Soon after I asked for quotes online Mike phoned me, came over to give me a quote (on Sunday!!) and subsequently scheduled a crew for Monday morning to replace my main water line. Crew was on-time, very nice, obviously competent, and completed the job with my desert landscape completely restored. I got the impression from Mike and his crew that they were genuinely interested in doing good work and doing reputable business over the long term. I will definitely consider SIMPLY for any future hvac/plumbing work."

"I called Don to fix a leaking water line from a previous fridge that had been taken out that had an ice/water maker. Don came to my appt exactly on time and he was efficient and quick for the repair. No talking on cell phone re private calls etc. It ended up being a less involved repair than originally anticipated and he did not try to upsell me or do more complicated work than was necessary so the final cost came in a bit under original phone quote which was very nice. This is an new home for me and there was another concern that came up last night that Don could not stay for to complete bc he had another appt after me to be on time for (great reliability for all his customers!) but he did take the time to explain what was needed for that future appt which was courteous. Also I am a single woman and felt completely safe having Don in my home. In an additional plus, he was friendly to my dog who I only had to put away bc heâ s a wild boy and very nosy but Don seemed that he would be comfortable around a calm dog. I would absolutely hire Don again."

"From the initial contact with the office to the final service, they were an excellent choice. They did not try to oversell; I was given three options, including replacing the current system with the same choice (the cheapest) and two additional choices providing different options at different levels of cost. Other companies that provided a quote only offered one option and looked for a decision immediately, The two service techs that came out and installed my new system were exceptional. They wore masks and gloves for my safety and explained everything that they were doing each step of the way. The system has been in for a week now and I am still having difficulty getting used to how wonderful the water feels compared to the many years of super hard water. They fixed my parents' home's 27+ water pressure issue, hard water problem, and faucets with controls installed upside down and backwards by the builder. They replaced the plastic angle stops from the 2009 Kitec replumbing job with durable chrome ones, and they replaced the leaking anti-siphon valve near the pool. Donald is an amazing, ethical plumber who takes a conservative and fiscally responsible approach toward repairs, analyzing the problem and determining the best possible solution without upselling. The West Coast concrete team did an incredible job, especially with the fast backfill and cleanup. They even returned to fix the slab after a Walmart delivery person stepped in the wet concrete. Last of all, but never least, Toni, the receptionist and dispatcher is a true angel, an empathetic and effective listener."

"The tech did a great job repairing the drains in both bathrooms and faucet in the one bathroom. However I do not think even he could have foreseen the destructive powers of a 5 year old. We waited until the next day to give her a bath in the tub and instead of tapping the top of the plug to let the water out, she pulled the whole plug out flooding the bathroom. There went $200. for the repair of the drain and replacing the plug."
