"Advance Restoration was fantastic and did more than just water damage recovery. My kitchen and basement flooded. They did all the immediate response, arriving at my house less than 90 minutes after I called. They tore down and removed everything that was damaged, recording what was destroyed for insurance purposes. They did the demo work for my kitchen remodel. And, they did the mold testing and remediation in my basement. Throughout, they were communicative and professional and friendly. They helped me negotiate with my insurance company and this help led to a much higher reimbursement from my insurance than I would have ever gotten myself. I was so pleased and recommend them 100%!"

"Ray from Onpoint first impressed me with his compassion and consideration for our needs. His team worked very hard on Memorial Day which was very ho and muggy to completely clear out our basement after the city drains backed up and filled our basement with 20 inches of contaminated water. We were very pleased with this company. I only wish they would have hauled away the debris but Ray said it would be picked up by our Waste Removal company. It eventually was, 13 days later. We are very grateful to Onpoint Property Restoration and would definitely recommend them and have."

"I hired Tri State Flood to help us with our water damage emergency, crews came fast, the office followed up with me to make sure we were all set. Very professional, reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Tri State Flood!"

"Project: Remove Unwanted Water, Clean Up and Sanitize Basement. Excellent service; workers were friendly and knowledgeable. I would absolutely use them again and would recommend them to others."

"Drywall had to be removed for access. This part was not quoted. So be sure to get a quote for the entire process."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"We delta with the owner. He was very professional. He explained every step in the process and was very up front about the cost of the work. There was absolutely no pressure to commit to the service. We started with a test to determine the level of mold and mildew we had in the house. When the test results came back we committed to the clean-up process. They started work exactly as promised and did all the work we committed to have done. The workmen were as professional as the owner and were very polite and thorough. The after testing proved they more than resolved the problem. We were extremely pleased with the work and the friendliness and professionalism of everyone at EnviroMax Services."
