Given all that's going on these days with COVID-19 and the impact it has had on many businesses, it was such a comfort and relief to have Cellino take care of my parents plumbing issues. It was stress-free. I was able to work without wondering and worrying. My parents were very happy with the service delivered. And happy parents means happy POA. "Bellknap gave me such a really good price and the warranty on the product was good as well. I was happy with the type of furnace. I think the guy who installed the furnace did a good job but he could have used a helper as they didn't allow him to have more time to do the work. The owner himself came out and sealed any of the leaks that weren't quite sealed and did a good job. It made me feels good that he's really hands on. On April, I got a call from their office, left a message and wants to have a follow up. Over the winter, I had the time to read the manual and I had some questions about it then I tried several times to contact the guy but never received a call back."

They accommodated moving my new water heater to a different/preferred area of the basement. They worked hard all day without a lunch break and the work was very tidy- things were done quite cleanly and efficiently. They cleaned up afterward and everything looked great. Robin's communication with me was always prompt and excellent, including a follow-up call after installation. I can't write a review yet about the tankless brand itself because it's still quite new, but so far so good- we're enjoying the instant hot water and not worrying about running out of hot water!"
