"I had one room completely blueboarded with new plaster and then painted. I would give that a 10. I also had a hallway ceiling replastered and painted. Also a 10. I wanted to paint the walls in the stairwell which had wallpaper. Contractor chose to remove the wallpaper and paint instead of new plaster. The walls weren't in great shape and the painters didn't smooth some bad patch work so I had some areas that don't look great. When I pointed them out and expressed unhappiness, he simply said "Bad walls." So I'd go with a 7 for the stairwell. Overall good job."

(2) We asked Bill to make changes as the project went along; he was accommodating. (3) He and his team installed several panels of wallpaper in three rooms; the finished product is virtually seamless. (4) The paint work is meticulous; the guys even painted our radiator covers to match the wall paint even though we had not put that in the price. (5) He and his team were on time every morning and, when we came home, our house was as clean as when we left. (6) We sought quotes from a handful of local contractors. Bill Kocur turned out to be a couple of dollars more but the finished product was well worth the money."
