"Went wonderfully. Initially someone came out to see what the problem was and then determined what parts were needed. When the repair person returned to fix the appliances, he was friendly and professional and cleaned up after the repairs which did not take long at all. Very pleased and everything works very well now. The only small glitch was, on the first day, I was given a window of time when they'd come and they got hung up with another job and didn't make it. I would have liked a phone call letting me know about the hold-up.
