"We were in the process of selling our home and needed to have the foundation fixed before the sale was able to go through. We worked with Roman the whole time, he was quick to come see the issue and was very responsive on our emails. I felt that RPM gave us a good price as we did have 3 other company's bid on the job and they matched the other companies prices. They ordered the supplies (which was the longest part) and as soon as they received them they came out and completed the job within our tight time frame (hugely appreciated!!!). The foundation looked great and the work even came with a 30 year warranty which isn't needed for us since we sold the property but made the new buyers very happy. "We had our cement front porch sink over an inch and also had some of our driveway drop by 1/2"-3/4" in multiple places. We had people tripping on these areas. Some large cracks were also appearing across the driveway and the bottom of our porch steps. We called SlabJack Geotechnical come and evaluate and give a free estimate. Their website had great videos of their previous work. We hired them and they finished our project today. Justin and Thomas were professional and very easy to work with on this project. Their work was precise and so neat and tidy. Our front porch is now at the level of the threshold and all cracks were leveled, and caulked. We are so pleased with their work. I have included photos.
