"I couldn't have been more pleased with the service from Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning. They arrived a little early (after call me to inform me they were ahead of schedule). They then proceeded to spend the next four hours very thoroughly and carefully cleaning my two HVAC systems' air ducts. My property had been recently remodeled, so there was a lot of dust, but they also found that a lot of junk had been tossed into the floor vents from workers on the project, and so they cleaned it out. "I called Ambient in the morning to have them come over and look at my 3 year old Fridigaire Furnace that was making a loud clunking sound. They sent someone over the same day to look at the furnace. The tech concluded that the blower motor was bad and he called around and was able to find one. Not only did he install it, he also checked to see if the part was still under warranty, which it was!! We only had to pay for installation. The part along would have been over $800. I was extremely happy with him taking the time to check on the warranty for me and get the job done so quickly.

"The cost is apart of the maintenance, everything is included. To do regular maintenance it took 45 minutes. They explained what they were doing and if they ran into some issues. They're good at explaining what's involved with the maintenance and how they're going about doing it and what they check for it. There were two guys that came out."

"Jim responded promptly to my order placed on Angie's List for the Remote Computer Tune Up & Repair Deal.  He cleaned up the computer remotely, which was running very slowly, and required frequent re-boots.  Computer is running much faster now.  Great service.  Would highly recommend.

"Provider called at about 8pm the night before to cancel a Monday appointment.  Granted, this was during a rough winter, but a little more advanced notice would have helped.
Seemed to do a nice, thorough job on the air ducts, however the deal was for a fixed number of supplies & returns.  I had fewer supplies, but more returns, so I was charged a surcharge for each additional return, even though they were shorter than most of my supplies.
Could have done a better job cleaning up dirt and dust that accumulated on my floors around the vents that had piled up during the vacuuming. 
Staff was very nice.
All and all pretty good though, would probably use again.  My vents were filthy and now they are not.
