"Most of us are well aware that service calls for any home repair leave us all a little apprehensive. Some businesses focus more on the bottom line, and in turn, the quality of work suffers for the customer. This isnâ t the case with Milltown Plumbing and Heating when I called them to service my central A/C which wasn't cooling the house. Even though my unit is in need of replacement, Jay, their Field Service Technician was able to at least get the A/C up and running. He was honest and straightforward in assessing my problem and suggested I meet with a comfort advisor in regard to a new central A/C unit. My experience didn't change. The comfort advisor I met with gave me a variety of options for a replacement unit, again he was courteous and honest. "Seemed pretty inexperienced (although not sure that is unique these days given staffing shortages). Didn’t really understand the ask about the bathtub drain being clogged. Did correctly fix the shower issue, but when they replaced the fixture they didn’t screw it in all the way so the next few showers let a lot of water into the wall until we realized and fixed. Overall did the job and came in reasonable time but seemed to be very new to the job."

"MIke repaired a broken water pipe at our camp. Pipe was in a cramped crawl space, burst after an extreme cold snap. He was available within 2 days after the call, showed up on time, and performed the repairs quickly. It was obvious he has many years of experience and is very competent.
