"I called Jason in a panic as our water main was leaking thousands of gallons of water for quite awhile and we did not know. He immediately sent Andrew to assess and confirmed it was. They came out on Memorial Day and worked from 7am til 6pm tirelessly to get it all dug and fixed in one day. Herculean effort! They dug 45 feet in length. They are so passionate about what they do and so compassionate too! They did an excellent and thorough job explaining and advising every step of the way. They are the nicest people with very fair and competitive prices and superior quality customer service. Their professionalism and attention to detail and follow through did not go unnoticed. "My experience with Jerzeee Construction was top notch. I was planning a kitchen remodel and turned to Angie's List. My first interaction was with Ian,who I believe was the sales rep. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. He was not pushy and it actually felt like talking to a pal. He set me up with an appointment for Dor Avrahami, who is a project manager. Dor came out to my home, listened to my ideas, measured and took photos. He explained their process and what to expect. The quote was ready in a few days and I stopped in to their office to for a detailed walk through of what my remodel would entail. When you expect professionalism and first class communication, Dor is your man! His daily communication skills and how he is on top of every aspect of the remodel is extremely impressive. I can't express how refreshing it was to see this level of communication and thoroughness. The cost itself is fair market, the materials used were high quality and their overall experience with vendors / makers is a huge plus. I felt I would be in good hands with this company and their reputation speaks for itself. Highly recommend."

"on may 8, 2024 I would like to report a scam that occurs towards a senior. I contact anti Homeadvisors, my trusted reliable source I always turn to for a plumbing problem in the shower. anti recommended highly vegas valley and I accept. vegas valley came out right away and told me they were sending Pierre Torres. Pierre Torres came out invested the bathroom told me there was a leak from the shower and would have his team come out and get started right away. the insurance would take care of the repairs. the whole time I ask what if the insurance wouldn't take care of the repairs. he assured me they would. at the same time I was being ask about my job, my position and pay like an interview. Pierre Torres of EcoDry had me come into the living room to. set while he filled out the report on his phone and sign a line. I ask for a copy of what I signed to be emailed to me which never happen. his team showed up and started taking apart the shower. YES air condition showed up and did a second opinion while EcoDrry was there and did his report and gave his opinion. RJM showed up to ask me to sign a blank contract to agree to pay in three days, not knowing how much the cost would be. I stated I thought the insurance was going to take care of it. he told me he thought the cost could be 25,000. I didn't sigh it. the next day Pierre Torres called and ask for the claim number from Allstate, which Allstate stated they never received a report from Pierre. Pierre told me. he would email it to me. I never got it. he called the next day to say again he needed the claim number, I ask him to send the report and I'll take it to the Allstate office. can you send the report while I'm on the phone. Pierre told me never ,Ade a report. I ask what were you doing on the phone in the living room. that's when I realize something wasn't right. so I contacted Allstate made the report and adjusted mike came out from Allstate assessed damages ad told me he would be in touch. mike sent emails to pierre torres and I several times, asking for report of what happen and pictures. Pierre would not send them or respond. I notified Vegas valley who sent him out and joie got the report. mike needed more information and Pierre would not cooperate . I contacted vegas valley to get the repot. then Ryan from Allstate had to reach out to vegas valley to get reports on how the leak occurred and where. I was told by joie she don't know where Pierre is no one does this was the last week of July.. I received no paperwork, no signed documents. they were very unprofessional and prey on seniors. I also reached out to channel 13 and channel 8 to have this matter investigated. I haven't heard from vegas valley or EcoDry. just left with no bathroom. I would like to have my shower restored back to the natural form the way it was. I did not ask to have the shower torn apart and I didn't give approval or permission to have that done. I was told they knew what they were doing."
