He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. Owning a double wide, many local companies do not want to work on them, or underneath, I should say. A raccoon became lodged in part of my duct system. The rather large critter died, leaving a horrible smell and messed up my duct work. The guys found where the raccoon was, got it out, and repaired everything that was destroyed. Not one local company would help me, until I called Youngstown Comfort Systems. Not only did they remove the deceased animal for free, they drove all the way from Leetonia to Howland just to help me, after a long day of work.
