The job took several visits to trouble shoot and complete. The service staff, Ian Bryan, and Will were cordial and professional throughout the process. And the manager, Eric, was assertive in contacting me and trying to schedule a final service appointment to get the issues resolved so the system would function properly. This company is definitely motivated and intentional to keep customers happy and satisfied. They are tidy and clean up afterwards. I would use this company again based on K&K's bottom line of doing the right thing when there are complications."

Matt returned my call within 30 minutes. I explained what I needed and he visited the property the next day. Matt was very personable worked me up a couple of estimates giving different options to consider. One point I was very impressed with and thankful for was that he provided an honest evaluation. I know a bit about roofs and knew that it did not need completely replaced and he told me this. Other contractors told me a complete tear off was needed and would cost thousands. Matt was able to fit us in within a week or 2. Once work started, Matt’s crew stayed on the job until it was completed in a couple of days. I’ve always been a little nervous having work like this done from a distance. But if I ever need anything else done, Matt will be the first one that I call."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

He was very nice and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain to me what happened. He also checked to make sure the parts that needed to be replaced were under warranty and provided me with the price to fix it before he started. Very reasonably priced & did not cost extra to have someone come out same day. Would highly recommend!"

"He seemed to do a good job.  He was fast about it and there was only one person that did it.  I’d never had it done before and so I really didn’t know what to expect or how he would do it.  We were satisfied.  He just didn’t make it up the day he said he would.  He was a little bit more expensive than some of the others that I’d looked into.  I’m not sure if I’ll use his services again in the future.  I will look into some others because he was more expensive than a lot of the others that I’d looked into."

"Excellent experience. The owner, Ray, was responsive and considerate. They worked with us on price and were totally up front and honest. They worked quickly and took care of the permit and setting up the inspection. They gave us options on what to do to replace the furnace, but also went through all our ductwork and replaced and re-routed where needed. Everyone was professional. By far one of the best experiences we've had, even though the situation was and expense was unexpected.
