The repair tech came and looked at my system and told me I needed a new air handler motor, control board, thermostat wiring, heat pump reversing valve and replacing all freon to do repair. Dave Cruse came promptly and after looking at my system felt it did not need replacing. He even arranged for one of his service techs to give me a free quote on repairing the system. In Florida, figured it was time to replace rather than to put a band aid on it...Salesman came to my home, explained all options. I had 2 other estimates. Chose DAIKIN brand.... ELITE IS A "PRO" DAIKIN INSTALLER....12 yr parts warr, for 600 more, purchased 12 yr labor warr included as well. They came out the next day, did the install, cleaned up, gave me 98 dollar credit for the original service call, transferred UV lights from old unit to new at NC....overall great to deal with..... nice salesman (Kirk), (he deserves a raise) no pressure ...I would highly recommend..."
