Unfortunately, on the day of installation, it was raining heavily and my unit was being installed outside. Kristie contacted me plenty of time in advance of my appointment and rescheduled for a time that was good for me. Kevin came out on time and had the unit installed and working with no issues within the timeframe communicated. If you need a water softener, I urge you to call AOK. Not only are the prices reasonable and their professionalism is of the highest standard, but they also have a healthy respect for the men and women who serve in our military."
